Terms of Service

ThemePages.ai is operated by Robin Ekren, an Austrian sole proprietor. These Terms govern access to ThemePages.ai, including waitlist, creator, marketplace, campaign, analytics, account and related product features.

If a separate written agreement or order form is signed for a paid service, that agreement prevails over these Terms for the specific paid service.

• You must be legally capable of entering into agreements and may use the service only for lawful purposes.
• You must provide accurate account, billing and business information.
• You are responsible for keeping access credentials secure and for activity under your account.
• We may suspend or restrict access where necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance or non-payment.

ThemePages.ai may provide software, creator-operations, campaign, marketplace, waitlist, analytics, page-building or related digital-business services. Features may change, be limited, paused or discontinued where operationally necessary.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, we do not guarantee any specific revenue, follower growth, conversion rate, platform approval, advertising result or business outcome.

• Paid services require a clear checkout, order confirmation, invoice, written agreement or another explicit acceptance flow.
• The published listing price is the complete marketplace price charged to the buyer before any VAT or other tax that must legally be added.
• ThemePages deducts a 14.15% marketplace service fee from the seller listing subtotal. Sellers see the exact fee and expected net payout before publishing. The amounts stored with an accepted booking remain fixed for that booking.
• Payments may be processed by Stripe or another named provider when payment infrastructure is live.
• The operator may issue invoices under the Austrian VAT ID shown in the imprint.
• Late, failed or disputed payments may lead to paused delivery or account restrictions.

You remain responsible for content, data, accounts, campaign materials and instructions you provide. You must have the rights and permissions required to submit them and to authorize any platform connection.

You may not submit illegal, infringing, deceptive, harmful, abusive, sexually exploitative, fraudulent or platform-violating content.

ThemePages.ai may interact with third-party services such as social platforms, payment processors, hosting providers, analytics tools, email tools and AI providers. Those services remain governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, account actions or API limitations.

ThemePages.ai, its product structure, interface, copy, workflows, software, designs and documentation are protected by intellectual-property rights. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell or exploit the service beyond the access granted to you.

You retain rights in your own materials, but grant us the rights needed to host, process, display, transmit and use them to provide the service.

Refunds, cancellations and credits depend on the specific product, service stage, written offer and applicable mandatory law. Custom strategy, software, campaign, implementation or consulting work may become non-refundable once work has started, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

We may restrict, suspend or disable an account where reasonably necessary to protect users, payments, marketplace integrity, security, legal compliance or these Terms. The action may also limit listings, messaging, monetization or other connected functions.

Where applicable, we provide the affected user with a clear reason, the practical effect of the decision and an accessible electronic appeal path. An internal appeal remains available for at least six months after notice of the decision. Appeals are reviewed diligently by an authorized person and are not decided solely by an IP address, device signal or automated score.

A restriction does not silently delete transaction records or financial documents. Existing paid bookings, held funds, refunds and disputes remain subject to their recorded state and may require separate operational review.

We may permanently disable an account after review or where required by law, but retain records where needed for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal claims or other lawful obligations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct, foreseeable damage caused by breach of contractual duties. Liability for lost profits, indirect damage, platform bans, ad-account outcomes, third-party failures or business interruption is excluded unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, personal injury or other liability that cannot legally be limited.

These Terms are governed by Austrian law, excluding conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection rules remain unaffected where they apply.

For business users, the competent courts in Austria have jurisdiction to the extent legally permitted.
